Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): rates vary based on location
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): rates vary based on location

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. 

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website.

Shipping Delays
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as delays with the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or public holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays, but we will do our best to keep you updated on your order’s status.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@nodfoods.com with your order number, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
